Saint Laurent’s Fall Winter 2020 Campaign

With the fashion weeks cancelled for the coming seasons, everyone seems to be questioning about the future of fashion shows.

Saint Laurent has taken the lead to revamp their fashion cycle by opting out of Paris Fashion Week.

Known for their over-the-top fashion presentations, be it in front of the Eiffel Tower or the Stade de France, the brand is known to take bold steps among the fashion fraternity and dropping out of Paris Fashion Week is almost unheard of.

Announcing on their Instagram page the caption mentioned, “…Saint Laurent has decided to take control of its pace and reshape its schedule.” They went further to mention that the brand will be formulating a new schedule dedicated to the brand’s trajectory for the coming months; however there is no mention of the schedule’s release.

If the stagnant luxury market is anything to go by, one can expect the schedule to be released in the next month. Backed by their creative director, Anthony Vaccarello, the brand also announced that they will not be participating in any fashion events in 2020.
