Personal Protective Gear

PPE (personal protective equipment) has become the most sought after product categories as health and medical authorities are finding it difficult to source them.

During this crucial time, Global Protective Gear (GPG) has made PPE out of unconventional materials.

As non-woven fabric seems to be scarce, GPG’s PPE gown is made of 100 per cent polyester with a layer of polyurethane (PU) over it. This unique composition allows the PPE to be waterproof as well as lightweight.

“We were not going to let a non-woven shortage get in the way of providing a workable isolation gown in this time of extreme need,” said Gregory Lilien, CEO, about their new product.

GPG is making AAMI Level 1 and AAMI Level 2 gowns that can be reused up to 5 times and cost anywhere between US $ 7 to USD $ 12 per piece.
